Vans naturally experience wear and tear over time and require regular maintenance. For customers who rent a van with us, the company will manage and cover scheduled maintenance throughout the rental period. This includes periodic inspections, engine oil and brake fluid changes, tyre and windscreen wiper replacement, as well as other services based on the appropriate mileage or maintenance schedule.

We will notify you whenever the vehicle is due for servicing, so you do not need to keep track of the schedule yourself. Our support team is also available 24 hours a day.

Short- and long-term vehicle rentals can help companies manage their tax expenses more efficiently. Rental fees for vehicles used for business purposes may be tax-deductible up to THB 36,000 per vehicle per month, or THB 432,000 per year, subject to the applicable Revenue Department rules and conditions.

We handle all related documentation throughout the rental period, including compulsory motor insurance, annual vehicle tax and registration renewals, as well as vehicle insurance. This saves you the time and inconvenience of managing these processes yourself.

Even a new vehicle may occasionally develop a manufacturer-related defect that prevents normal use. If your rental vehicle experiences this type of issue, we will provide a replacement vehicle to keep your journey or business operations running without interruption.

Vehicle rental helps reduce maintenance expenses and other unexpected costs while eliminating the need for a large upfront investment in purchasing vehicles. This allows companies to manage their capital and budgets more efficiently, improve cash flow and enhance profitability—benefiting both the organisation and its shareholders.
