- 24 hours = 1 rental day, starting from pickup time.
- Over 4 hours late = 1 extra day (Less than 4 hours charged hourly).
- Return with full tank otherwise actual difference + service fee applies.

Required Documents for Renting
Renting with SIAM.RENT is super easy! Just 3 documents needed:
1. Driving License
2. ID Card / Passport
3. Credit Card

- Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card (card fees may apply).
- Deposit refunded within 24–48 hrs after successful vehicle inspection.
All cars include basic insurance. Excess liability is stated in the contract. You can choose to buy Reduced/Zero Excess during booking.
Returning the Car
