  • 24 hours = 1 rental day, starting from pickup time.
  • Over 4 hours late = 1 extra day (Less than 4 hours charged hourly).
  • Return with full tank otherwise actual difference + service fee applies.

Required Documents for Renting

Renting with SIAM.RENT is super easy! Just 3 documents needed:
1. Driving License
2. ID Card / Passport
3. Credit Card

Tip: Take photos of your documents and send them to our admin beforehand for faster pickup.
  • Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card (card fees may apply).
  • Deposit refunded within 24–48 hrs after successful vehicle inspection.

All cars include basic insurance. Excess liability is stated in the contract. You can choose to buy Reduced/Zero Excess during booking.

Returning the Car

  • ❌ NO Hazardous/Illegal materials.
  • ❌ NO Driving in restricted/off-road areas not covered by insurance.
  • ❌ NO Modifying/removing vehicle parts.

What to do in case of an Accident

Follow these 4 steps to minimize risk and ensure a smooth claim process.

WAIT FOR INSURER — Wait for the insurance officer to issue the claim form at the scene.

SEND PHOTOS — Take photos of the claim form and damages, then send them to our staff.

RETURN — Hand over the original claim form to staff on the return day.

Warning: Not returning the vehicle with a full tank (or the same level as received) will incur fines according to this table, plus potential service charges.

Fine rates depend on car type and missing fuel amount, calculated based on fuel prices on the return day plus a management fee.
